Returns/Exchanges Policy

Pedisbox aims to get your shoes delivered to you in the best condition possible, and we hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for an exchange, we offer our customers a 3-day return policy beginning from the day your shoes are delivered to you. Before returning any item kindly send an email to [email protected] with a return request. We will happily exchange, or refund you for the item at your request, in as much the item is returned in exactly the same condition as it was received.  In a situation where the return is due to incorrect, faulty or damaged goods, the return shipping will be free. Otherwise, you will bear the cost of shipping the shoes back to Pedisbox.

We also encourage you to check your order upon delivery, and if any of the items delivered is incorrect, faulty or damaged you should inform us immediately by sending an email to [email protected] with your order code and telephone number or calling +234 908 111 1144 or +234 908 111 1155 so that we can arrange for free return shipping.

If you have to return a product, please ensure the item is in the original packaging and in the same condition as when delivered to you, along with the proof of purchase- delivery note/invoice. Please bear in mind that any shoe that has been stained, scuffed or dinged on the surface will not be accepted or exchanged. It is best you use socks to test new shoes.

You will get your refund via your method of payment.
